向 `http://127.0.0.1:<port>/orchestrator/api/` 发送请求，带上 `x-orchestrator-request: 1`。host 必须是 `127.0.0.1:<port>` 或 `localhost:<port>`。缺少请求头、或 `Origin` 来自别的站点，都会得到 403。
