Workers use bash with gh (and lark-cli when Feishu is configured) to retrieve ticket-relevant context beyond subscribed objects.
Subscription controls push delivery, not CLI read access.
The orchestrator uses orchestrator_eval_read for proactive assessment.
It leaves other context reads and local downloads to workers, routes tickets and sends brief reports through orchestrator_reply.
Do not alter remote state, authorization, or configuration while reading.
Use gh for every GitHub call; specify --repo or an explicit API path.
The watcher remains limited to the deployment's repository; linked context may be read elsewhere.
Feishu uses --as bot; unavailable content does not authorize switching to the user's identity.
Start with lark-cli <domain> --help, schema <service.resource.method>, or skills read lark-im.
Follow root_id, parent_id, thread_id, forwarded message IDs and document URLs recursively as relevant, tracking visited IDs.
im +messages-mget expands merged forwards; im +threads-messages-list pages replies.
Check truncations and pagination rather than assuming a returned bundle is complete.
For attachments inspect command help, then download relevant resources locally and use read/read_image when supported by the selected model.
Discover docs/wiki/drive commands on demand.
Write large CLI output to a local file and read selected ranges; avoid dumping whole histories.
Check exit codes and ok, preserve source IDs and timestamps, and report unavailable content honestly.
