chore: 清理 .gitignore 合并残留（死忽略项 + .venv 重复）

合并 v2-on-ui 时 master 侧的两条忽略项成为残留： - tools/serial_tool/state/ —— 该目录在 v2-on-ui 已删除，忽略规则失效 - .venv/ 重复 —— 与 v2-on-ui 的 "# Python venv (unified env, ...)" 重复删掉这 6 行后 master 的 .gitignore 与 v2-on-ui 完全一致（均 138 行）。 *.dep / *.suo 的重复是历史遗留（合并前即存在），本次未动。
