.dsh/skills/ 是入库的项目知识（.gitignore 用 `!.dsh/skills/` 显式放行）， 此前该目录未被跟踪，现按同一口径纳入。 内容为 DSH 新建 skill 的空白骨架：description 仍是占位文案、正文未填。 后续要落地具体 skill 时直接改写本文件；确认不需要则删目录即可。
